Has Richard Neal returned the tainted money?

Richard Neal received $4,000 from Allen Stanford, a man who stands accused of massive fraud through an elaborate Ponzi scheme.  I'd like to know if Richard Neal will do the right thing and return this ill-gotten money? No matter what he decides to do, the fact remains that Richard Neal has made an art form of accepting political donations from special interest groups and people far outside of our district.  With almost $3 million in his campaign war chest, will Neal do the right thing and return the money or further succumb to the sins of greed and gluttony.  It begs the question,  "Just who does Richard Neal represent in Congress?”
